Starwalker Fountain Pen
I was bought the Mont Blanc Starwalker precious black resin fountain pen for my 40th Birthday recently. I had not used a fountain pen for 25 years! I have had to learn how to write properly again since receiving this pen, and it has taken a while to get used to writing with this pen, especially as I am left handed, which can make using a fountain pen difficult. I have persevered and am pleased to say that this pen is an absolute delight to write with and it oozes quality and refinement. I use the pen on a daily basis and it is nice distraction in this digital age when handwriting has been replaced by the word processor! I was disappointed that Mont Blanc do not supply even a single ink cartridge with the pen in the presentation box, but I've purchased both blue and black cartridges now (which are actually very cheap to buy) and I'm using my pen at every opportunity. Next thing on the shopping list is a nice leather pen case to keep it safely in!
