How do I return or exchange an item I have purchased online?
Online purchases can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of receipt of your order. All goods MUST be returned in full re-saleable condition, this includes all packaging. Unfortunately if packaging is damaged in anyway, we will be unable to exchange or refund. Your original method of payment will be reimbursed, Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Please download our returns form and include it in your parcel.
