Dear Webster's Pen Shop, Just a quick note from a very satisfied customer. On April 28, I placed a small order for 3 Panta pen refills which I have been unable to find here in the northeastern United States (or via mail order in the U.S.). It is now May 5th, only a week later, and the refills arrived, very carefully packed, and in completely good working order. So, first, a well done to your staff, and a hearty Thank You from myself. I certainly knew that my order (all GBP 16.75 of it) was hardly earth shaking in size. Couldn't even figure out how you might make a profit on such a modest sum, much of which was shipping. But very obviously Webster's places a high value on all orders, regardless of size, and you are to be commended on that approach. This was my first time buying anything mail order from the UK, and the experience was completely professional and trouble free, and look forward to more. And, yes, the pen? Some 25 years ago I purchased a Waterman Mini Panta expressly to carry in my photography/travel bag (I'm a photographer and journalist). The pen has been to more than 40 countries, filled out countless customs forms, and was always there for me in travel situations where you need a pen but no one seems to have one. Before I regretfully was going to "retire" it due to lack of a proper refill, I took one final stab for a refill on google, found Webster's, and a week later my pen has a new life! My "mini" is back in my bag, I'm off to the Revillagigedos Archipelago in Mexico, and simply delighted to have my trusty travel companion back in action. I guess the story I'm trying to tell is that you not only did a great job on getting me my refills, but more importantly I still get to use a pen I've relied on for 25 years. I truly suspect many of your customers feel the same way about their favorite writing instruments, and count me as one. I would not hesitate to do business with you again, in person or on the internet, and look forward to doing so.
