Webster’s online price promise

• We actively check and match our prices with our UK based competitors
• We will refund the difference if you find it for less within 7 days*
Our on-going price promise commitment
At Webster’s Pen Shop we carry out regular price and availability checks with our UK based competitors. If we find an item that we stock at a lower price, we will reduce ours to match that price. The item must be identical and benefit from the same service conditions that we offer. If you buy an item from websterspenshop.co.uk and then you see it for less on any UK based website*, simply contact us with the purchase details, and a Webster’s representative will note all the information, check the competitor’s price and service conditions, and refund the difference if appropriate.
We will price match the online prices of our UK based competitors with the following conditions:
Terms and conditions
- Competitors’ products must be identical in terms of make, model, size and colour.
- The product offered by the competitor's website is offered on the same terms matching our service conditions which are: A) must offer the equivalent level product guarantee. B)have equivalent delivery timescales and stock availability (the product on their website must be in stock and available for delivery immediately).
- Webster’s must have the product in stock for a price match to take place.
- Webster’s Pen Shop representatives must be able to confirm the details on the competitor's website.
- We will only match a current price. We do not price match past offers.
- We will not match a price that’s only available to individual customers or groups, such as account holders or club members, neither will we price match a competitor without a UK based “bricks and mortar” store.
- The prices of online only retailers will not be price matched.
- We don’t match outlets such as membership clubs, factory outlets, mail order catalogues, home shopping channels, duty free shops and market stalls, neither will we price match a competitor without a UK “based bricks and mortar” store.
- We will not price match with overseas retailers.
- We will not price match businesses that are closing down.
- We reserve the right to refuse to match prices on such orders where it would be uneconomic for us to do so.
- Once a price match has been approved by us. Payment for these goods must be made via our mail order line. Payment is not available online.
- Our price promise even applies up to 7 days after purchase.
- Our price promise applies to the product only, not delivery or other services (such as engraving or gift wrap).
- The Webster’s price promise is currently only available online.
- For a retrospective refund to take place, it must meet all requirements detailed within these terms and conditions.
- Our decision on a price match is final.

Webster’s In-store price promise
If requested we can match www.websterspenshop.co.uk prices in-store. In-store price match only available Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00. Unfortunately any in-store price match requested outside these hours cannot be verified, and therefore on-line prices cannot be offered.
