Engraving
Whether you wish to engrave the pen with an important date, a particular achievement, the name of the recipient, a farewell message, Webster’s can definitely help you to truly give your pen the personal touch.
Not all pens are designed to be engraved. However we can engrave on metal finishes (i.e.: Gold, Silver, Chrome, Brushed Chrome & some Matte Black) and Resin (Mont Blanc range only). The maximum amount of characters (this must include all dots and spaces) are:16 Characters- Cross, Waterman, Sheaffer etc…15 Characters- Mont Blanc (however, this does vary for smaller models such as the Boheme & Mozart ranges) 8 Characters- Yard-O-Led (Usually a first name, initials or date) We can also organise laser engraving of corporate logos on selected models (see image above) please contact us for more information.
Plaques
If your message is too long for standard pen engraving then you could consider having a plaque engraved. This is a great affordable alternative to truly personalise your corporate gifts. This is attached to the exterior of the box and comes in brushed chrome or gold anodised plaques. Perfect if your message needs to read along the lines of “Congratulations on 25 years of service”, which would be to long for pen engraving.
With the exception of corporate logo engraving, we use two standard fonts for all of our engraving as we find that these both engrave well and look good.
They are:
Script - Which is an serifed Italic font. (Upper and lower case)
BLOCK - Which is a nice clear san-serifed font. (This can be all upper case or upper and lower case)
